Please find attached the notification from the Scottish Government that the reporter intends to hold a pre-examination meeting on Thursday 8th June at 10am at the Three Villages Hall, Arrochar.
As the letter makes clear this meeting is being held purely to discuss the procedures and timescales that are involved. No discussion on the merits of the appeal will take place at this meeting’.
This meeting will be recorded and broadcast live.
An agenda will be issues in advance and will, in due course be posted on the CC web-site.
